How do I book a hotel room on HotelHub?
Simply search for your preferred city, select a hotel, choose your room, and click “Book Now.” Fill in your details, make the payment, and you’re done.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel bookings based on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Go to “My Bookings” in your dashboard to make changes.
Is there a mobile app for HotelHub?
We’re currently developing our mobile app for iOS and Android. Until then, you can use our mobile-friendly website for bookings.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets for secure payments.
Do I need to create an account to book?
You can browse without an account, but you’ll need to log in or register to complete a booking.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once payment is successful, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your booking details.
Are pets allowed in the hotels?
This depends on each hotel's policy. You can check under the hotel’s details before booking.
